[Victims of Court Corruption] *** "If the foundations be destroyed" ***

If the foundations be destroyed,
what can the righteous do? Psalms 11:3
By Ron Branson

It is amazing the propaganda that is being slung about, not by the enemy, but otherwise supposedly intelligent legal gurus on our side. It is no wonder People are swallowing most any deception that is fed to them, holding the off until the next batch of deception comes down the pike.

I am here to answer sincerely asked question of genuine concern, if I can help them. But what I am finding is that I am being barraged with a lot of nonsense issues that is taking up my time and is being passed off as the law and facts. Rather than my taking my time to answer each and everyone supposed concerns, I thought it expedient to attempt to deal with these issues collectively.

Here are some of the legal contentions being shoved my way. I am supposed to believe that we really have no Constitution of the United States today because a Constitution, if honored, could only exist, at best, to those who lived in the days in which they were a party to the signing of the Constitution. This legal contention maintains that our Founding Fathers temporary melting ice castle. It looked good in the days in which it was created, but all those who were a party to the Constitution are now dead and gone, and the "Castle" has melted, and the water evaporated. We have nothing left.

Hence, this contention maintains we are like unto the days in the Book of Judges, "In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes." Judges 17:6. Under this theory, the judges are not judges, and we must not recognize the courts as legitimate. We must create our own courts after the imagination of our own hearts, and do that which is right in our own eyes. When summonses are issued by the courts, we must ignore them. We must create our own Grand Juries and issue our on legal summons to these so-called government officials, and bring them into our arena, try them for their crimes, and put them away in our determined places of detention. Thus, the conclusion goes, there is no need for JAIL4Judges, nor to we need Special Grand Juries, or the Initiative Process. All these measure for justice are unnecessary!

But, of course, if this reasoning held water, then there are no laws, inasmuch as all laws must be consistent with the supreme law of the land. And since there is no Constitution in existence today, obviously then there could be no three branches of government; i.e., no Legislative (Congress), no Executive (President), and no Judiciary (Courts). And since these three do not exist, it makes the issue of voting moot, for there exists no government or candidates for office in which to vote for. Everyone just does that which is right in their own eyes.

Here are some quotes from stated concerns within my current inbox. "In my opinion, the US Constitution is dead primarily because the US government, including all three branches, abdicated its obligation to abide by the US Constitution."  "[A] fact for one person may not be the fact for another."  I am further told that since "We the People" are not "citizen of the United States," the Constitution cannot be referring to us when it states, ""No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty-five years, and seven years a citizen of the United States," Art. I, sec. 2, Clause 2. I am now being challenged on this point, "Ron, I am still looking for objections to my logical facts presented that Citizens are not We the People." In other words, the People we elect from among ourselves cannot be "We the People."

Then I am faced with the argument that "the Constitution is not a contract! It is a law." But if it be a law, then who passed this law? "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress or the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives" But there was no "herein granted," nor a "Congress" or "Senate" to be "vested" anything in. That is like saying, I am my own god. I created myself! All laws must originate from a contract, for every law comes about by the operation of jurisdiction. If the two of us are marooned on a desolate island, I cannot tell you what my law is until we first mutually agree that I am the one who shall make the laws. I cannot arbitrarily be the lawmaker just because I say I will be the lawmaker.

Then I am faced with the question, "How can one bind his/her children to contract one signed?" This argument contends that our Founding Fathers had no right to tell us what shall be our supreme law of the land. This argument ignores the fact that our Founding Fathers created a limited government, having only those powers which we choose to grant to them by our consent. The Constitution  binds only our public servants, and not ourselves. Our public servants are required by us to take an Oath to be bound to the Constitution, not we to the Constitution. The boss sets the rules, and he expects his employees to obey them. He is not bound by his own rules which he sets for his employees, as he is not an employee, but an employer.

Then I am faced with, "Ron, there are several Constitutions in each of the states. Which one are you talking about? Because we have de facto government in the states, and the federal government is also de facto which was done without delegated authority. Come on, Ron, get with it." Here, we are back to the argument that all governments are artificial and have no authority to exist, and that I just don't understand that there really are no governments, and that I, Ron, needs to "get with it." Such ignores Romans 13:1, "[T]here is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God."

The conclusion is, America is a nation which has no foundation, that there are no laws in this country, and that we are "likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:" Matthew 7:26. I then ask, why are we here discussing the meaning a laws if there be no laws? Then there exists no law enforcement officers. Why do we not just eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die. It was Lenin in the sixties who wrote "Imagine." Therein, he suggested that we imagine nothing to fight and die for, no heaven and no hell, and the the World will be One.

Now who are presenting these concerns to me? Are they the Communist Party USA? The liberal left? The conspirators designing the New World Order? No! The ones presenting these matters to me are the right-wing patriot community supposedly trying to deliver America from the judgment that is is certain to come.
