[Victims of Court Corruption] I have been abused by a judge.... Can I sue her?

Sharon, you have heard the saying, "The King can do no wrong!" Our Founding Fathers opposed this position, and signed the Declaration of Independence, and wrote a Constitution countering such assertion. Thomas Jefferson greatly contended that the impeachment process against judges was merely a scarecrow.

By our failure to contend for what our Founding Fathers fought and died for, we allowed judges to rule themselves immune from lawsuits even when done maliciously in defiance of the Constitution they swore to uphold and defend. Thus, we have allowed the judges to reinstate a judicial version of what the King of England asserted, and that is, "Judges can do no wrong! The only answer is JAIL4Judges, http://www.jail4judges.org/State_Chapters/ca/CA_Initiative.html! There is no other way!

NOW WHAT?

I had a judge who sat on a case and she knew she had no jurisdiction, and accepted judicial benefits, and...

Falsely incarcerated me!

Can I sue her???

Will it do any good to complain?
