[Victims of Court Corruption] Jurisdiction, What Is It?

Arnie, you have asked me to expound upon the subject of jurisdiction.

All jurisdiction is based upon law. The authority of all things is based upon the higher law. As has been pointed out by "Red" Beckman in the early 80's, the highest and greatest of all laws comes from God. This is also affirmed in Romans 13, i.e., "Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation." Romans 13:1, 2. Therefore, all jurisdiction originates with God.

God created man, and deligated to him natural unalienable rights. We find this revealed in our Declaration of Independence, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, [they are not learned from college text books] that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator [not by any governments, or any other external authorities] with unalienable rights, that among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Those afore mentioned are only examples of such unalienable rights from God.

Authority from God was delegated to man to establish primary rules which we call our Constitution. By means of our Constitution, civil authorities are created, which we have identified as our three branches of government, Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. All power granted to these three branches of government are derived from the consent of the governed, to wit, US. "That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men [a universal authority, not just in America], deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed..."  All jurisdiction must be based upon "just powers."  All arbitrary powers are done without jurisdiction, and are therefore unauthorized by by God as delegated to the People.

All jurisdiction passes up through the ranks to the highest authority from which all jurisdiction is derived, or there can be no jurisdiction. This takes us back to Romans 13. Governments are not the development of a good plan by mankind, but rather is the manifestation of the delegation of authority from God Himself.

The Legislative Branch of government passes laws, but such laws must be in pursuance to the superior law of the Constitution, or it is not a law, nor is justly enforceable. Laws created Boards and Panels, who pass regulations, but again, such regulation many not trespass upon the Constitution, which must not trespass upon the Word of God.

What mankind has a tenancy to do is invert this line of jurisdiction, so that presumably bureaucrats with their rules and regulations are supreme over the the People, and the Constitution is honored lastly because it gets in the way of the bureaucrats. Such supposed authority is presumed to be jurisdiction, but it is in no way jurisdiction any more than a thief has the right to rob you of your wealth. Such "authority" is the theory behind the contention that "Might Makes Right." When this happens, then he who has the biggest gun wins. This results in a war of weapons, and on the international level, world wars, and eventual collapse of everything.

It is therefore paramount that all jurisdiction be firmly in reliance of the chain of command all the way up the the ultimate authority, which is He Who said "I AM Who I Am." Without Him there can exist no jurisdiction for anything.

I thrust this will provide you a launching point to further explore jurisdiction more fully. True power comes not from he who exalteth himself, but he whom God exalteth. "So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy." Romans 9:16. I am whom God chose to make me, and not one of my own choosing. I can neither add to nor take away from calling!

Jurisdiction!  An amazing concept.  Don't you think?

Perhaps we can encourage Ron Branson to expound on the theory of jurisdiction.  Not being trained in the legal field this is just one more area about which I know nothing.  However, the idea of jurisdiction would seem to play an important part in resolving our problems. Maybe Ron can straighten me out on this.

Good Morning Arnie,
It is a very good question about filing charges against this whole criminal cabal.  However, where are you going to find a federal judge to issue a warrant against these criminals, then where will be a sheriff with balls big enough to arrest and jail them?

Isn't it about time we bring charges against these criminals attempting to deceive us?
What the hell will it take for we the people to get the message.
There is no law and order or honor here.  We must demand better!  We must demand better now!

Mr. Ginsberg's Neo-Con resume...  We need to look into whether he has
any illegal ties to the Chinese!  All the slimy politicians hire
this guy.

The reason conservatives will suffer, McKissick believes, is that the
new rules would lead to a situation in which professional campaign
consultants - and not grassroots activists - dominate the delegate
selection process

In short, this lawyer is a piece of garbage!  And, apparently, he works
for both sides of the aisle taking special exception with Ron Paul to
exclude him.  This guy is not the tool, this guy is the grease needed
for the politicos when the rules need to be bent!

I smell a Democrat, on a hunch, see what you can find out about the
Romney lawyer Ben Ginsberg, I'll bet you will find that he is a
contributor to the DNC.

This happened with the Indiana State Supreme Court and their ruling on
the Castle Doctrine. In that case a Liberal Law Professor was advising
Justice Steven David to rule in favor of the police, which they knew
would prompt us to demand that Common Law be Codified so it can be
changed by the Left when the time comes.

The big push from the left has been to remove Common Law from the Courts
and they succeeded on this one.

It's just a thought.
