[Victims of Court Corruption] Current Grand Juror Not Allowed To Voice Opinion Per Order Of County Attorney

Current Grand Juror Not Allowed To
Voice Opinion Per Order Of County Attorney

The Grand Jury you are talking about is lucky to have been able to consider an indictment.  I am on the County Grand Jury and the County Attorney will not even let me speak to the Grand Jury as required by law.

I asked the overseeing judge to mediate the issues, as described in the 30 Florida Grand Jury Handbook, and the judge will not comment or act in the manner mandated.

I, recently, talked with the foreperson and was told neither the County Attorney nor Judge had anything to say on the issue.

The USSC has commented on GJ independence, and I am trying to make a decision regarding what will be the last meeting later this month.

Your thoughts are appreciated,

Joe
