Dumbass post!

That's like saying your car engine threw a connecting rod because the engine was running.
The problem is not the (federal) constitution (minimum standard).

The problem is people that post this type of constitutional material myopically referring to only the federal constitution. What about the 50 state constitutions? Before one can seek a federal remedy, they have to exhaust state constitutional remedies. Before people approach the state constitutional issues the statutory and administrative remedies must be exhausted.

Its not the judges fault, because he/she is an elected official. The fault is in the schools that teach how to be governed rather than teaching how to be self-governing. The people are not engaged mentally from the coerced educational format with the how-to knowledge needed for keeping their government in place.

The answer is not within the judicial system, the Problem and the Answer is found in the educational system.
